Prefectures In Japan game. This is a flash game I've recently created as a self-initiated project. For those studying Japanese I hope it's a useful learning tool to help you remember all of the prefectures and their kanji characters. To get started with the game, click here or on the image on the left. Please note: As important as the long 'ō' sounds are to make the correct spelling/pronunciation, I've had to take them all out to make the game work in Flash. |

The October issue of Tokyo Families is out this week. As it's almost Halloween party time we preview the 'Halloween Night Fever' event as our cover story. Also inside: 'Reinventing Yourself' a useful guide to changing your career path, doggie discipline with 'Bark Busters' and advice on 'The Pains of Teen Parenting'. My favourite spread to work on this month was 'The goodie bag', click on the image to see it. |
